A wine store where you can sit outside, have a glass of wine, and order a snack. Chesapeake had me a wine store. They have a wealth of wines by the glass, but in case you’re not thrilled by their choices, grab any bottle off the wall with a nominal corkage fee. We were lucky enough to stop by when they were waiving the corkage fee.
The antipasto plate is perfect for snacking – especially if you like olives. I don’t, but, I would totally get them on the side for the rest of you. The plate comes with with a selection of cheeses, we had two cheeses – a cow’s milk and a gouda. Add that to the salami and loads of bread and we were all set.
Chesapeake is the perfect spot for a low key happy hour or a quaint date night.
